In design I often have to do multiple projects for the same client at one time in order to complete one project (for example, most websites I design require a logo) so I end up doing two separate invoices but I could just make it a kit and include a logo with the website and charge a slightly higher price. I kind of did that with my portfolio site. I set up different pages for each type of work I do. I think I may have to tidy up though and get rid of some of it for now.
